Proper Light Distribution Without Glare

The investor needed to address local lighting for several critical inspection stations. The main issues with the original lighting were insufficient luminance, poor light distribution, and light glare reflecting off the inspected parts.

A view of an industrial workstation featuring a red table with a dark, glossy panel. An overhead yellow structure holds powerful linear light fixtures that illuminate the workspace without creating glare. In the background, a roller conveyor, a forklift, and stored materials are visible within the vast, well-lit hall.

We evaluated the possible placement of luminaires with regard to these existing problems and supplied fixtures with a special beam characteristic and a diffused cover design. We also provided the mounting structures for the luminaires. The inspection stations are now illuminated to the customer's full satisfaction. The replacement of the lighting system has had a positive impact on the reliability of the inspections.

The fixtures provide intense illumination for the area below, where metal sheets and components are stacked on wooden pallets. In the background, a blue beam with numbered section markers is visible, evenly bathed in light.

Safety posts are marked with yellow and black hazard stripes, and the entire background area is lit by a ceiling system that eliminates dark corners.
