Factory Lighting Controlled from a Single Point

Doublepower technologies are right at home at Aisan Industry Czech. Over the course of three years, we reconstructed the lighting in all operations across both plants in Louny.

Mr. Michal Morávek, the company's Maintenance Assistant Manager, was looking for high-quality, energy-efficient lighting for its diverse operations. The densely occupied floor space and numerous workstations required a sophisticated lighting system design with low consumption, high lighting comfort, and excellent uniformity.

We designed the solution and delivered, in several phases, both the main ceiling and local lighting for the production areas and warehouses.

We replaced the majority of the existing lighting electrical installation. We modified and supplemented the lighting control system so that the fixture groups, control points, and other elements perfectly matched operational needs. Today, an automatic lighting management system based on DALI-KNX controls the system according to daylight levels. The control interface allows for maintenance planning, generating reports on system behavior, and monitoring consumption. The lighting of both plants is integrated into a single system, offering convenient control from a single location. The client also has remote access to the system.
