YANKEE CANDLE – WORLD LEADER IN THE PRODUCTION OF PREMIUM SCENTED CANDLES

Our cooperation with Yankee Candle began with the modernization of lighting in the production hall, followed by the reconstruction of lighting in the warehouse areas. The new lighting system delivers a 50% energy saving and an estimated return on investment within three years.

About the company

Yankee Candle is a globally renowned manufacturer of premium scented candles, known for its quality and wide range of fragrances. Our collaboration began in 2021 with the installation of industrial SKY and DAY fixtures in the production hall – lighting designed for high temperature resistance, high energy efficiency, and long service life.

Implementation

In December 2024, we successfully completed the lighting modernization of the warehouse areas. The project also included sections classified as explosion hazard environments (Ex 2/22), where we installed 36 certified SEA EX 2/22 fixtures. In just 14 days, we replaced the original lighting system with a total of 204 new fixtures, ensuring greater operational efficiency and safety.

Interesting Fact: Although these were warehouse areas, part of the space was classified as Zone 2 (explosion hazard). For its lighting, we installed certified SEA EX 2/22 luminaires, specifically designed for operation in environments with such strict safety requirements.
